Jacqueline Beauchere, Chief Online Safety Officer, Microsoft Corporation

Jacqueline F. Beauchere is the Chief Online Safety Officer for Microsoft Corp. In this role, Ms. Beauchere is responsible for all aspects of Microsoft’s online safety strategy, including cross-company policy creation and implementation, influence over consumer safety features and functionality, and communications to and engagement with a variety of external audiences.  She also currently serves as the vice chair for the National Cyber Security Alliance (NCSA) Board of Directors.

Ms. Beauchere has spent almost 14 years at Microsoft leading various groups and efforts that evangelize the company's commitment to help create a safer, more trusted Internet experience for people of all ages and abilities.

Before joining Microsoft in December 1999, Ms. Beauchere was an attorney in private practice in New Jersey, New York, and Washington, D.C.  A second-career lawyer, she spent 12 years as a real-time financial news correspondent and Editor in Charge, most recently with Reuters America, Inc., in New York.

She is a cum laude graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, N.J., and holds a dual BA in international relations and journalism from The American University in Washington, D.C.

Thill François

François Thill
received 1991 a M.Sc. degree in information technology at the University of Linz, Austria. After 10 years of international banking experience, he has joined the Ministry of the Economy in Luxembourg in 2001. Here he has become responsible for security related projects. He has developed the Luxembourg accreditation scheme for PKI. In 2003 he launched the CASES initiative (Cyberworld Awareness and Security Enhancement Services). In 2004, he participated as co-author to the first national information security strategy. He took part in the creation of the first CERT in Luxembourg in 2007 and of SMILE gie (Security Made in Lëtzeburg) in 2010.

François represents Luxembourg since 2003 in the European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA). François is also member of the board for LuxTrust, Chairman of “Security made in Letzebuerg (g.i.e)”, and member of the Luxembourg Cyber Security Board.

Wendy Vermoesen

Lead Developer @ Realdolmen, Young ICT Lady of the Year 2014, Coderdojo Ninja, Codeweek ambassador Belgium

In 2010 Wendy got a bachelor degree in Information Science, focusing on software and application development, a.k.a programming. In 2010 she started working for Realdolmen as a junior developer and managed to become a Lead Developer , meaning more team leading and coaching. At RealDolmen she is responsible for the community management and is highly involved in the innovation division as an idea manager. This is where she tries to lead new business ideas to a succesful implementation. In 2013 she joined coderdojo, a non-profit organization that evangelises coding and other ICT related topics through free sessions on Saturdays. We teach kids to do cool things and create their own games. There are sessions in more than 30 cities in Belgium. In 2014 Datanews awarded her with the title 'young ict lady of the year'. She embraces this title and uses this as an inspiration for kids and especially girls.

Jonathan Murray

Jonathan Murray has over 30 years of experience at senior levels in management, strategic planning, marketing, business development and public affairs in the telecommunications, ICT and financial services industries. Jonathan joined DIGITALEUROPE as Operations Director in 2009. He is responsible for developing and managing policy work related to growth and jobs in Europe, including e-Skills and digital jobs, accelerator programmes for start-ups and entrepreneurship ecosystems for SMEs. Previously, Jonathan was a VP ay Equant, an industry leader in B2B telecommunications services, where he spent eight years in charge of strategic planning, business development and process re-engineering. Prior to that, Jonathan worked for the world's first international telecommunications alliance (Financial Network Association), in Brussels as Director of Marketing, having worked for the France Telecom group in Paris for three years. He started his corporate career with Lloyds Bank International working in the UK, France and Brazil. Jonathan is Scottish. He holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management, US and a BA (Hons.) in Politics from the University of York, UK. He also attended advanced courses in International Marketing and Advertising at the Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Jonathan speaks English, French and Portuguese fluently. He is an avid marathon runner.
